On your first visit to our office in Mission, KS, we take the time to properly diagnose any immediate dental concerns, review your past medical and dental history, and create a treatment plan for your optimal oral health. Additionally, your first appointment includes an exam and review of your treatment options. At keith + associates dentistry, we focus on providing quality dental care, excellent customer service, and a relaxing environment to maintain lasting patient relationships. We consider your first visit the start of a long-term relationship with you. While located in Mission, we provide dental care for the surrounding communities of Olathe, Lenexa, Overland Park, Mission Hills, Shawnee, Leawood, and Waldo. Call keith + associates dentistry
On your first visit, please bring the following information:
- Any X-rays taken by a previous dentist. X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request.
- A valid form of ID.
- A list of medications you are currently taking.
- A list of any current medical concerns or conditions, including past surgeries.
- Dental insurance card, if you are covered and paying through insurance.

Because oral health is so important, we do everything we can to remove financial barriers and help as many patients as possible. We accept most insurance providers and third-party payment alternatives for those without insurance. We also offer an in-house membership plan to help you save. Insurance Providers
Our office is in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, GEHA, Humana, and MetLife. We also accept almost all PPO plans. If you don't see your insurance listed here, give us a call! We’re happy to file and track your claims for you to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your benefits. We just ask that you bring your insurance card to each appointment so we can make sure your information is as up-to-date as possible.
